It's a nightclub so on the weekends we do expect our customers to make an effort !

Friday
Dress is smart casual - jeans and smart/fashionable trainers are ok, no sportswear/hoodies or caps/hats
Saturday

Bank Holiday Sundays
When we open on a Bank Holiday Sunday the dress code is more relaxed than the normal weekend dress code

AGE AND ID
Zanzibar is a licensed premises and as such all customers must be 18 years of age or older.
The only exception to this are our under 18 events where no alcohol is sold.
Zanzibar will ask ALL customers male and female to prove their age if they appear to look under 21
Zanzibar accepts ONLY the following forms of ID
- FULL TEN YEAR PASSPORT
- PHOTO STYLE UK DRIVING LICENCE
- PORTMAN GROUP PROVE IT CARD
The forms of ID listed above will NOT accepted if they have been defaced or altered in anyway.
Where a customer is asked for ID and cannot provide it, they will not be admitted until they have produced one of the above accepted forms of ID.
Occasionally a customer may gain admission to the club by lying and using fake or fraudulent ID & In these very rare cases we would encourage our customers to act in a socially responsible way and report any such occurrences to a member of Management or security staff so that we may investigate and act as is appropriate.
ZANZIBAR'S ADMISSION POLICY
Zanzibar will not admit customers who it is believed are intoxicated, under age, do not meet the clubs dress code, are an all male group over 4 strong i.e. a stag night or are known trouble makers.
The decision to admit or not is taken by the clubs Management and door staff and is final.
Please respect this decision if you are in one of the above categories.
Being abusive or making a nuisance of yourself will not cause the staff involved to change their minds.
Abusive or threatening customers will be brought to the attention of Police, and other licensed venues via the city centre CCTV System.
Thank you to all our customers for your cooperation in all of the above matters
Together we can continue to make Zanzibar the safest club in Stafford.
Should you have any queries or comments about any of these policies please feel free to contact me by

See you all soon
